EXTERIOR RENOVATION

This is a great example of an exterior renovation by Windsor Redevelopment in Orlando, FL. We renovated the exterior of the apartment buildings, redid landscaping and the entrance, and a renovation of the clubhouse.

INTERIOR RENOVATION

This is a great example of an interior renovation by Windsor Redevelopment. We renovated the interior of the apartment buildings and installed new flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinetry and more.

INTERIOR RENOVATION

INTERIOR RENOVATION

This was a complete interior renovation of a student housing community's leasing center/ clubhouse. We upgraded the fitness center, business center, recreation center, and more to enhance the building's aesthetic and technology.

CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION

This was an interior clubhouse upgrade; We worked on flooring, painting, lighting, cabinetry, and much more.

STUCCO RESTORATION

This job was regarded as a water intrusion problem that damaged the structural integrity of the building. Our job was to remove the damaged stucco, find the source of the leak, fix the leak, and repair the damages to match the existing building. Typically, water intrusion problems are caused by the lack of flashing on roofs, balconies, and windows.
