Exterior RENOVATION

This is a great example of an interior renovation by Windsor Redevelopment. We renovated the interior of the apartment buildings and installed new flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinetry and more.

Interior renovation

This was a complete interior renovation of the leasing center/ clubhouse of a student housing community. We enhanced the aesthetic and technology of the building as a whole by upgrading the fitness center, business center, recreation center and more.

Clubhouse renovation

This was an interior clubhouse upgrade; We worked on flooring, painting, lighting, cabinetry, and much more.

STUCCO RESTORATION

This job regarded a water intrusion problem which was damaging the structural integrity of the building. Our job was to remove the damaged stucco, find the source of the leak, fix the leak, and repair the damages to match the existing building. Typically water intrusion problems are caused by the lack of flashing on roofs, balconies, and windows.
